Propaganda bar is located in the very heart of Wudaokou (ÎåµÀ¿Ú w¨³d¨¤ok¨¯u) which is centre stage to the university district of Beijing, with the likes of Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU), Peking University, Tsinghua University, and many other universities situated close by. Because of its location, the cosy bar is frequented by droves of local and overseas university students with crowds jam-packed until the wee hours of the morning.
