Introduction

We provide our students with a wide range of legally approved accommodation options at the lowest cost possible.

Unlike other agents who are charging you extra money by raising accommodation costs and then packaging it as part of their 'services', we differ in the fact that we absolutely do not charge you any commission on your accommodation.

Instead, we provide you with a variety of quality accommodation choices which you pay for at the prices that the university dormitory or hotel charges.

Our job, in the meantime, is to take care of the entire reservation process for you.

In a nutshell, rather than taking advantage of your unfamiliarity with accommodation in China, we publish actual room rates as outlined by the university dormitory or hotel, and make reservations based on your personal requests. (Please be aware that your accommodation fee will be paid by you directly to the dormitory or hotel when you check in. Room rates are subject to change without notice by the dormitory or hotel.)

In this way, your reservation will be fully arranged and confirmed before your arrival in China, and at prices that are affordable to our students.

BLCU On-campus Accommodation

BLCU Dormitory - Building No. 17

Introduction

BLCU dormitory rooms are available in Single Rooms or Shared Rooms for BLCU program students only. China Unipath students are assigned to the most sought after and most difficult dormitory to book on campus - Building No. 17.

Both types of rooms have the following facilities and services:

Private washroom with shower, 24 hot water supply
Air-conditioning and central heating system
Broadband Internet access
Single bed(s)
TV and Telephone
Refrigerator
Table(s) and chair(s)
Kitchen on each floor as well as laundry
Utilities included

Students are eligible for a discount based on a length of stay greater than 30 days. Please enquire with us.

Important points to note

The total accommodation fee for your entire stay will be paid in a lump sum upon check-in. Payments will be accepted in RMB cash only.
Roommates in shared rooms are assigned by the university, although students can opt to change rooms upon their request after check-in.
There is an official curfew of 11:30 pm in student dormitories. However, even though the gate is locked after 11:30 pm, students are still allowed in by calling the dorm staff.
The room rate does not include Internet service fees. Monthly Internet service cost for unlimited usage is approximately 18 USD. China Unipath can assist you in setting up your Internet access account with the broadband service provider on campus for students on our Smart Service Package and Basic Service.
Only students enrolled in BLCU programs are permitted to stay in BLCU Dormitories.
Accommodation fees have been rounded to the closest USD from RMB. The actual figure is subject to change due to fluctuations in the foreign exchange rate.

BLCU Conference Center Hotel

Introduction

The Conference Center Hotel is located in the heart of the BLCU campus, in close proximity to the teaching buildings, the sports facilities, the library and the restaurants. There is a Chinese restaurant and Japanese sushi restaurant on the first floor and a western cafe on the second floor. Because of its convenience, living comfort and reasonable room rates, the Conference Center Hotel is always considered as the first accommodation choice by most foreign students studying in or near BLCU.

There are two types of rooms available: single standard rooms and deluxe rooms.

Single Standard Rooms have the following facilities and services:

TV with international channels in major languages

Important points to note

Full payment is accepted in RMB cash only at the Conference Center Hotel on the day of check-in. China Unipath students on our Smart Service Package or Basic Service will receive our personal guidance in exchanging foreign currencies at the campus bank and completing the payment.

BLCU Off-campus Accommodation

Xi Jiao Hotel

Introduction

Xi Jiao Hotel is a three star accommodation located right next to BLCU campus. It takes only five minutes to reach the university on foot. Xi Jiao Hotel provides almost everything necessary for a foreign student, including a gym, tennis courts, swimming pool, recreation center with bowling and karaoke, business center, travel agency, as well as several restaurants of diverse flavors. Because of its convenience and facilities, Xi Jiao Hotel houses a large number of BLCU foreign students.

There are three types of rooms available in Xi Jiao Hotel: single standard, double standard and apartment rooms.

Single Standard Rooms and Double Standard Rooms have the following facilities and services:

Central air-conditioning and heating system
Broadband Internet access as well as Wi-Fi coverage
TV and telephone
Refrigerator

He Jia Hotel

Introduction

He Jia Hotel is a two star accommodation 15 minutes away from BLCU campus on foot. It is located close to the subway station, popular nightclubs, restaurants and cafes and a shopping center.

Single Standard Rooms and Double Standard Rooms are available and both have the following facilities and services:

BSU Accommodation

BSU Foreign Student Flat

Introduction

The BSU Foreign Student Flat is located in the heart of the Beijing Sport University (BSU) campus in the BSU International Exchange Center. Please note, only students who have enrolled into a BSU program are permitted to stay in the BSU Foreign Student Flat. A free gym is open for all residents and shared kitchens and laundries on each floor. There are two types of rooms available: Single Room and Shared Double Room. The amenities and services, which are the same for both rooms, are as indicated below:

Room Rates

The daily rate for the single room is from 11 USD.
The daily rate for the double room is approximately 7 USD per person.
The total amount of the accommodation fee for your entire stay will be paid in a lump sum upon check-in.

Important points to note

Electricity usage is not included in the daily rate. Based on our experience, each room is expected to pay about 50 RMB (roughly 7 USD) per month.
Broadband Internet fee is 400 RMB (roughly 57 USD) for your entire stay.
Accommodation fees have been rounded to the closest USD from RMB. The actual figure is subject to change due to fluctuations in the foreign exchange rate.
Only students enrolled in BSU programs are permitted to stay in the BSU Foreign Student Flat.
At the present time, the BSU Foreign Student Flat is the only accommodation option we have available for BSU students.

Introduction

The International Student Service Centers at Tongji University (Siping Campus) offer Single Rooms andShared Rooms with the following facilities and services:

Room Rates

Daily rate for a single room is 8-12 USD per day for stays over 90 days.
Daily rate for a shared room is 4-6 USD per day for stays over 90 days.
The total accommodation fee for your entire stay will be paid in a lump sum upon check-in. Payment will be accepted in RMB cash only.

Important points to note

The room rate does not include Internet service fees. China Unipath can assist you in setting up your Internet access account with the broadband service provider on campus for students on our Silver Service. Monthly Internet service cost for unlimited usage is approximately 10 USD.
Accommodation fees have been rounded to the closest USD from RMB. The actual figure is subject to change due to fluctuations in the foreign exchange rate.
Prices have been quoted direct from the International Student Service Centers. Differences in rooms rates are due to differences between dormitory buildings at Tongji University.
